Please read carefully before making your purchase. KRKC&CO provides a 30-day return and exchange on all products (Except Custom Orders). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us via e-mail: email@example.com and we will immediately issue a return address.
CUSTOM ORDERS (NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES)
1. NO REFUNDS for all custom orders (custom made pieces & Items are listing in "CUSTOM" catalog).
2. NO REFUNDS: projects cannot be canceled once production has started.
3. NO REFUNDS for deposits towards custom orders will be given.
All custom orders are made as requested by the client (you), we are NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. We cannot accept any returns, exchanges or refunds of custom orders.
FULL COVERAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
1. KRKC&CO will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example, KRKC&CO were to send you the incorrect pendant or with inferior qualities.
2. If the boxes associated with certain products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.
3. Shipping charges will be refunded together if products are defective or there is a shipping error.
4. The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
5. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
HOW TO RETURN?
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. It must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip, any appraisals. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please contact us to get the detailed returning address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. Upon processing your return, we will send a confirmation of your return to the email address associated with your account. Once submitted, refunds will be transferred to your bank account in two to ten business days, which depends on your bank.
365 - DAY WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
KRKC&CO offers 365-day warranty service. If the jewelry has any quality problem within 365 days from the delivered date, KRKC&CO provides the following warranty policies:
1. KRKC&CO offers partial refund (shipping won't refund) or resends the jewelry if any quality issue(i.e. broken, color fading, stone falling) occurs within 90 days of the delivered date;
2. KRKC&CO offers free maintenance of the jewelry if any quality issue (i.e. broken, color fading, stone falling) occurs beyond 90 days and within 365 days from the delivered date. KRKC&CO will reimburse the shipping fee at evidence of a photo shown the shipping fee receipt. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to acomplish the maintenance. Once it is finished, KRKC&CO will notify the customer and deliver to the address customer requires. Shipping fee will be covered by KRKC&CO.
