Please read carefully before making your purchase. KRKC&CO provides a 30-day warranty on all products (Except Custom Orders). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms apply:
CUSTOM ORDERS (NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES)
1. NO REFUNDS for all custom orders (custom made pieces & Items are listing in "CUSTOM" catalog).
2. NO REFUNDS: projects cannot be canceled once production has started.
3. NO REFUNDS for deposits towards custom orders will be given.
All orders are made as requested by the client (you), we are NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry can take several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. We cannot accept any returns, exchanges or refunds of custom orders or items which show signs of wear.
FULL COVERAGE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
1. KRKC&CO will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example, KRKC&CO were to send you the incorrect pendant or with inferior qualities.
2. If the boxes associated with certain products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.
3. Shipping charges will not be refunded if products are defective or there is a shipping error.
4. The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
5. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
6. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order if the item is in unworn condition with the tags attached.
7. We do not accept returns for sale items. All sale items are final.
8. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
HOW TO RETURN?
Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. It must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip, any appraisals. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please contact us to get the detailed returning address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for us to receive and process. Upon processing your return, we will send a confirmation of your return to the email address associated with your account. Once submitted, refunds will be transferred to your bank account in two to ten business days, which depends on your bank.
