We can ship to over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.(Custom pieces are not included.) The tracking number will be updated soon after your package is shipped. 

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 2. Return & Exchange

• What is the address for returns?
Please notify us via e-mail: order@krkcom.com and we will immediately issue a return address to you.

• Can I return after a week?
Yes. Buyers benefit from a 30-day revocation period from the day customer receive the goods to return the product to the seller for Exchange or Refund without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return, which is your responsibility.

• Can I exchange my order?
Yes. We are happy to accept your exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

• Is there a charge for requesting an exchange or return?
Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. However, exchanges and returns at krkcom.com are always free of charge if the item you received has the quality issue. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

• When will I receive my exchange?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.

krkcom.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Any stone falling or color fading within a year is free for maintenance.
Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to KRKC.

Customer must contact KRKC for the return shipping address when sending back the items.

Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. KRKC&CO will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that can be tracked. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
KRKC reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear as determined by our jewelry professionals.
